We hope you won’t need these numbers, but we recommend saving them just in case:

911 – Rescue Service (Emergency Ministry) – can be called in any emergency situation; the operator will redirect the call to the appropriate services
102 – Police
103 – Ambulance
104 – Gas service
180 – Power grid / electricity service
185 – Water supply service

Most operators understand Russian.
