How we handle LLC liquidation

We provide an initial consultation and prepare the complete set of documents (liquidation decision, liquidation balance sheet, archive certificate, declaration by the head of the executive body, and application). We publish the liquidation announcement on www.azdarar.am for at least 2 months, identify creditors, and prepare the interim and final liquidation balance sheets. We submit the liquidation applications to the State Register in two stages.
