We are currently in search of an experienced leader for our marketing department to serve as Team Lead. The professional will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 10 individuals and spearheading a thorough review of the department’s operations and  implementing a new marketing strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing PR, social media, events, and advertising campaigns across diverse communication channels.
  • Contribute to budget formation and exercise diligent cost control measures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activities, analyse industry best practices, and implement findings to enhance our market position.
  • Rigorously analyse and strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators such as CR, CAC, CPL, ROI, NPS, AR, and SOM.
  • Lead negotiations and oversee project documentation for clients.
  • Creativity at the Core.
  • Establish and foster interactions within direct and cross-functional teams, redistribute tasks effectively, and cultivate a positive team atmosphere.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, positively impacting overall operations and productivity.
  • Oversee team performance, set and monitor deadlines, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
  • Conduct weekly meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
