We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing & Growth to lead TEAM2B’s marketing function and drive sustainable business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing and growth strategy, leading the marketing team, managing digital and paid acquisition channels, overseeing budgets and performance, and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What we expect from you:

To drive sustainable business growth through strategic marketing leadership, effective team management, performance-driven advertising, data analytics, and continuous testing of new growth opportunities.

The role also involves building and testing growth hypotheses, optimizing the customer journey and website conversion, strengthening collaboration between marketing and sales, and continuously exploring new channels and opportunities for growth.
