What We Do

On a monthly basis, we provide short consultations (in-person and remote), prepare and manage HR documentation, draft employment, corporate, transfer, and other civil law agreements, represent clients before state authorities of the Republic of Armenia by preparing relevant complaints, applications, and objections, and provide legal support and representation in transactions entered into by individuals, sole proprietors, and companies.

Outcome

You receive ongoing legal support covering various transactions and legal relationships. The service may be terminated by either party upon providing at least 30 days’ prior notice to the other party.
